Conway Feed & Supply — SMS Program Opt-In Disclosure

Conway Feed & Supply (conwayfeed.com) is a hay and feed brokerage. We send transactional text messages only — order confirmations, pickup and delivery notifications, reminders, and scheduling updates — to established business partners: hay growers, wholesale hay customers, and contracted trucking carriers. There is no public sign-up list and no marketing or promotional texting.

Texting is optional and is never a condition of doing business with Conway Feed & Supply. Partners who decline text messaging receive identical service by phone and email, with no effect on their orders, pricing, or service.

How we collect consent

1. Direct verbal or written consent

When a grower, customer, or carrier begins working with Conway Feed & Supply, our staff ask the following, verbatim, in person or by phone:

"Would you like to receive text order confirmations and pickup/delivery notifications for your loads? Texting is optional and not required to do business with us. Message frequency varies with your loads. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, HELP for help."

Text messaging is enabled only if the partner agrees. When consent is collected in writing, partners complete the following consent form:

2. Partner-initiated (inbound-first) texting

Some partners contact us first by texting our business number — for example, placing a hay order by text. In that case our replies are limited to transactional notifications for that partner's business with Conway Feed & Supply.
